Ability Experience Challenge: Publix Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon

The Publix Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon weekend is one of The Ability Experience's signature events that brings a level of camaraderie second to none. Team members will embark on a 13.1 or 26.2 mile journey through Atlanta on March 19, 2017. Partnering with our good friends at the Kyle Pease Foundation, we will provide an amazing atmosphere for all participants to show the abilities of all people.

By partnering with the Kyle Pease Foundation, runners will have to option of running with a team to push an athlete with a disability through the Half Marathon if desired.



Each participant is required to raise the minimums listed below in order to be a part of The Ability Experience team. Funds raised through The Ability Experience Challenges go to help provide people with disabilities an opportunity to experience outdoor recreation events. Fundraising minimums must be met by March 1.

Fundraising Minimums
Half Marathon - $750
Marathon - $1,000

Event registration
Professional training support from Benefitness Partners
Training shirt
Hotel room Saturday night
Pre-race celebration event with Kyle Pease Foundation
Running shirt for race day
Pre/post-race tent access (if available)
