Regarding Cancer is a nonprofit based in Austin, Texas which provides complimentary resources, evidence-based programs, and peer to peer support for the cancer-diagnosed individual, their caregivers and the community.
Our 4th Annual 20 Colors / 20 Hours is a 20-hour indoor cycling fundraiser that invites beginner riders, competitive cyclists, fitness enthusiasts, cancer patients, survivors, caregivers and everyone in between to hop on a stationary bike and raise funds to help Austin area cancer patients, caregivers and their support network. The 2017 event will be held on February 4 – 5 at Kor 180 on Burnet Rd in Austin and all proceeds will benefit Re: Cancer.
How to Participate:
Teams and individuals will be assembled and challenged to ride relay-style from February 4th – 5th. In the spirit of the event name, each bike and each hour will represent a different color of cancer, totaling 20 colors and hours (see below for the schedule of colors). Participants will not only benefit from raising money for an important and widespread cause, but they will also get an amazing cardio workout, while having fun!
Riders may register as individuals or as a group. Each rider will pay a registration fee, we encourage you to set a fundraising goal of $250 per bike to ride (each additional hour is an additional $100 per hour goal).
- Registration until event day: $50
- Event Weekend Registration: $60
- Student Registration: $25
