After wreaking havoc on Dominica and the Virgin Islands, Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico last week and has devastated the island. Homes have been destroyed, millions still do not have power, and most hospitals have not been able to operate. Shortages of diesel, food, and water are leaving millions of people to sit and wait.
