Using Classy Studio, Hope for Haiti quickly created a visually engaging campaign that aligned with its brand and website, all without the need for coding expertise. Additionally, they integrated Classy’s new Giving Cart feature which Taylor likens to adding items at a grocery checkout line. This feature allows donors to select multiple items to support, creating a personalized “philanthropic shopping” experience where donors can choose exactly how and what they want to contribute.

Making the most out of each moment of generosity

Knowing how prevalent donor fatigue is, Hope for Haiti wanted a new way to appeal to donors without making them feel like they’re constantly being asked for money.

Because of Giving Cart’s streamlined approach, we can consolidate donation opportunities and package them into meaningful, flexible giving options that resonate deeply with our supporters. This reduces the need for frequent asks, minimizing donor fatigue and fostering a more positive, lasting relationship with our supporters.

Classy testing shows that enabling Giving Cart leads to 17% more donors opting to make multiple donations, and donations with multiple gifts are twice that of single-gift contributions. This increase means Hope for Haiti can amplify its impact on the ground in Haiti. 

Just a few months into the campaign, Hope for Haiti is on track with its goals. As Taylor notes, “Giving levels have risen, and the campaign is exactly where I would have expected us to be at this point in time.”
