Event venue has free parking and is located across from the Angel Stadium of Anaheim at Katella and State College. We are unable to host a Parent Mixer this year, but there are several restaurants in the area that you can enjoy.
All attendees (including guests who might have a diagnosis other than Down syndrome) will need a completed and updated ‘Independence Assessment Form’ to enter the Ball. We will need new forms on all attendees this year. These forms help us ensure the safety of all attendees, we thank you for your time and cooperation in getting them to us prior to the event. Once you register, a form will be emailed to you.
Check-in and photos will open at 6:00 p.m. allowing parents/caregivers ample time to accompany their teen/adult to the various photo areas prior to dinner service. To keep the room secure for the safety of all attendees, any parents/caregivers in the Ballroom that are not registered to be there will be asked to leave prior to the start of dinner service.
