About the Campaign
Together we can raise vital funds for jobseekers to thrive in our California community.
This year, JVS is celebrating our 50th anniversary and our impact on over 100,000 jobseekers developing in-demand skills, making long-term career connections, and earning family-sustaining wages.
In the last year, JVS served over 1,475 jobseekers, including 625 youth. Our 2017-19 cohorts show that five years after graduating from JVS, our adult alumni are earning on average 135% more in wages compared to one year before their enrollment! We upheld our commitment to equity by transitioning our programs to support 90% clients of color, and we also launched a resettlement program for Afghani and Ukranian refugees in the Bay Area, served in partnership with Jewish Family and Community Services East Bay.

We invite you to make a contribution or join the Peer-to-Peer Campaign to support our work today. The Peer-to-Peer Campaign is a way to show your enthusiasm and support of JVS by asking your friends and family to give to JVS and the jobseekers we serve. All donations, big or small, will lead to you reaching your fundraising goal and will support JVS's success.
Thank you for sharing our vision of a more equitable and thriving California.
