The 2023 Founders Day Campaign is the Educational Trust’s annual unrestricted campaign in which we honor the founding of the Chi Phi Fraternity. However, what is most significant about this campaign is that it is also a time for us to revel in the successes we have shared as a Brotherhood. Impressive attendance at leadership programs, thousands of dollars in scholarship awards, and hundreds of hours in staff support—we have much to celebrate!
Our goal with this campaign is to inspire Undergraduates, Alumni, Parents, and Friends of Chi Phi not only to support the Educational Trust, but also to get more involved with Chi Phi. We are thriving and successful because of our unified mission of Building Better Men.

2023 FOUNDERS DAY SUPPORTERS
About The Chi Phi Educational Trust
Since our founding nearly two centuries ago, the men of Chi Phi have made a lasting impact in all areas of business, science, entertainment, leadership, and beyond. Their dedication to our Core Values of Truth, Honor, and Personal Integrity guided them both personally and professionally, resulting in Chi Phi men being known as exemplary representations of what it genuinely means to be a True Gentleman.
Between lofty goals and ambitious desires, it became clear that financial support was necessary to assist these men. With this in mind, the Chi Phi Educational Trust was established with the purpose of providing assistance through scholarships, leadership training, and educational programming. The Educational Trust has also partnered with housing corporations to ensure sufficient educational space is provided in Chapter houses and continues to support the National Office staff with salary grants to ensure Chapters and Associate Chapters across the country receive the attention, care, and guidance needed to uphold the Values of our Fraternity.
