Our mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for thebetter, forever.  In 2017, we provided nearly 15,500 mentoring program service hours to more than 220 youth.

In 2018, Big Brothers Big Sisters has taken steps to strengthen our programservices and expand our reach.  It has been an exciting year with, among other things:

·      Improving our facilities (including the opening ofour Carriage House Activities Center) to better serve our community-based programs (One-To-One, COUL, and Teen) as well as provide up-to-date facilities for our trainings.

·      A new nationwide branding to increase awareness andimprove recruitment efforts.

In 2019, we will continue to strengthen our services including implementation of a new information management system and new Policies & Procedures to improve our processes and ensure the best quality services to our Littles and Bigs.

In these exciting times for Big Brothers Big Sister sof Berks County, we ask that you partner with us to help improve the lives of Berks County youth.  We know that every child has potential, and hope that you help us empower them to realize that potential.  TOGETHER, WEARE DEFENDERS OF POTENTIAL!
