About the Campaign


Women in STEM environments often face gender bias, harassment, and other barriers that men do not. As a result, many leave the field. 

With your support, AWIS works to:

  • raise awareness of these issues
  • advocate for systemic change
  • provide valuable career development 
  • publicly recognize women’s achievements
  • inspire our community and keep women in science
