BC High Soccer Supports Ellie Fund
Ellie Fund provides monthly gift cards to the grocery store of a patient's choice. Amount is determined by the number of dependents at home, because time and time again, mom will not prioritize her own health care until she knows her family is fed.
Ellie Fund delivers nutritious prepared meals for a patient and all members of the household during treatment. We all know how hard it is to get a healthy meal on the table day after day even when we are feeling well.
Integrative Therapies like oncology massage, acupuncture, and acupressure are proven to relieve the pain and anxiety associated with breast cancer treatment, but are often considered a luxury and not covered by insurance.
A week of housecleaning is vital for health, hope, and dignity while a patient is experiencing the difficult side effects of chemotherapy and other debilitating medicines and treatments.
Your donation can provide 3 months of transportation for patients to and from their treatment appointments, sometimes daily and from distances as far as Springfield, MA, Cape Cod, and town in New Hampshire. Ellie Fund makes it work.
Ellie Fund helps moms and dads keep kids in their preferred childcare situation to maintain normalcy for kids whose parent is ill. Childcare in Massachusetts is among the costliest in the country and ironically often the first thing a patient must abandon when faced with the unplanned expenses of breast cancer treatment.
