The Spirit of Goodwill Award is an accolade that recognizes an individual who has devoted their time, talent, and effort to advocate and promote Goodwill's mission of "Changing Lives through Education, Training, and Employment." It is an honor that celebrates the tireless dedication of one who has gone above and beyond to ensure that those in need have access to necessary resources and opportunities. 

This year's first-ever Spirit of Goodwill Award recipient is Troy Wells, someone who is truly deserving of this recognition. As President and CEO of Baptist Health, he maintains an extremely busy schedule, but Troy has spent the past two years as Chairman of the Board at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas while serving a total of six years as a board member. As the incoming Chairman of the Board for the Little Rock Regional Chamber, he knows first-hand the workforce needs of our state and how everyone succeeds when we provide opportunities to all.

Through his dedication and hard work, he has been instrumental in empowering individuals in their community to achieve success and reach their goals. His tireless efforts to bring about positive change have been an inspiration to many. Troy has dedicated his time and resources to making a difference in the lives of those around him and has done so with great compassion and enthusiasm. Troy's commitment to helping others is an inspiration, and he is a deserving recipient of this award. 

Troy will be presented this award at the Gala for Good on October 28 at 6 p.m. at the Venue at Westwind in North Little Rock, AR.
