National Braille Press seeks to spread awareness of the importance of braille literacy across the country, and you can join us again this year by carrying our braille baton wherever you may be!


Our 2024 Braille Across America team will work together to raise vital funds needed for NBP's braille literacy programs that benefit blind children and adults. Each team member will fundraise while completing a month long Marathon -- between March 17th (NBP's 97th Birthday) and April 15th (Marathon Monday in Boston). Together, we'll log enough miles to virtually run, walk, bike or roll coast to coast!


So whether you're running, walking, biking or rolling solo or as a part of a team, join in the fun while supporting National Braille Press and braille literacy! Register Now!


All participants who raise a minimum of $1,000 and teams that raise a minimum of $5,000 will receive a Limited Edition NBP Braille Baseball Cap with braille on the brim which reads "NBP is Braille".


Additionally, All participants who complete the distance challenge and raise $500 will receive a finishers medal. Those who also attend the team kick-off meeting will receive the 2024 Braille Across America team shirt!


Our kick-off meeting is a great opportunity for team members to meet each other, share their braille story and offer suggestions and tips on completing the challenge.
