A care package may seem like a small gesture, but for a family suffering a pregnancy or infant loss, it is a powerful reminder that they are not alone. Each package is thoughtfully curated to provide comfort, acknowledgment, and support during an unimaginable time.

In 2024 alone, we sent out 376 care packages, spending over $15,000. We are incredibly grateful for every donation that helps make this possible—whether big or small, your generosity brings a sense of comfort and community to those who need it most.

An Emma’s Footprints Care Package includes a New Testament, sticky notes, a pen, a personalized necklace, gift for dad, a massage (Erie Only), a brochure, all carefully wrapped in a zippered canvas pouch.

Please Note: Our website allows only one item per donation in your cart. However, you’re welcome to make as many 
separate donations as you'd like.
