Please Consider Giving to Coro. Here's Why I Give.
I'm so proud to be a staff member at Coro Northern California. I joined Coro 6 years ago running an afterschool and summer youth program. Today, I am direct trainings for youth (8th - 12th graders), Bay Area federal employees, residents in San Francisco's District 7, 8, and 11, and I most recently graduated my first cohort of professionals working to prevent human trafficking. In addition, I am leading Coro's approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in my new role as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion Training. I firmly believe in our mission to provide individuals with the skills, knowledge, and networks to work and lead across differences.
Empathy. Critical thinking. Effective communication. This is what Coro teaches. Each year, Coro helps hundreds of people working at all levels and in all sectors learn to collaborate and lead from wherever they are. Coro grads use their skills to transform what's possible for themselves, their communities, neighborhoods, institutions—and for our democracy.
We can’t do this work without your help! Your contributions help bring Coro’s training, tools, and programs to more people.
Please join me as a Coro donor. Thank you for your support!
