DSAOC's 19th Annual Golf Tournament

Golfers
Play 18 holes to support Down syndrome awareness and important programs and services provided to our community by the Down Syndrome Association of Orange County.

Registration Fee - $250 early bird available through Monday, May 15.

Beginning Tuesday, May 16, registration increases: $300 per golfer

Your Registration Includes:

• Enjoying 18 holes on a beautiful, private course
• A delicious lunch
• Beverages and snacks along the course
• After-golf dinner and awards reception
• Exciting Silent Auction (You can purchase your drawing tickets, Mulligans, and 50/50 tickets when you check-in.)

  • 1^st and 2^nd Place Traditional Scoring
  • 1^st and 2^nd Place Callaway Scoring
  • Longest Drive Men’s
  • Longest Drive Women's
  • Closest to the Pin (3 winners)
  • PUTTING CONTEST prizes (must register seperately for Putting Contest)

What a great way to promote your business or service, while also supporting a great cause! Sponsorship opportunities beginning at $350 will be available that provide great marketing and outreach opportunities.

To mail a check for your registration, please email/fax your registration form to kperez@dsaoc.org and put a note that a check will be used for payment and note the check number.  Please make your check payable to DSAOC and mail to
