Honor Flight $500
Honor Flight is a national organization that transports American Veterans to Washington DC to honor and celebrate them for their service and sacrifices. Honor Flight Network currently honors those who served during World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and veterans of any service era who are critically ill. Honored veterans always travel free of charge, thanks to generous donations to the Honor Flight organization. This gift will cover the $500 guardian donation for an upcoming Honor Flight for a Veteran in our care.
Art Legacy Hand Mold $150
The Art Legacy Hand Mold process utilizes plaster casting to capture distinctive features and create a memento of cherished connections. Often, a person in our care will choose to join their hand with that of a loved one to create these precious keepsakes, leaving a lasting legacy for loved ones to enjoy for generations.
Essential Oils $60
Some of the most common symptoms seen at the end of life are anxiety, depression, insomnia, nausea and pain, all of which essential oils can help manage. Essential oils are most commonly used aromatically at Emmanuel Hospice - as an alternative or in conjunction with other treatment - and is extremely beneficial when managing symptoms at the end of life.
Virtual Reality Set $360
Help more patients create joyful moments through Virtual Reality Experiences. A monthly donation of $30, or a one-time gift of $360, will cover one new Virtual Reality kit: VR headset, charging cord, controller, and case. We hope to fund (3) new sets for this program.
Patient Wish Transport $480
Oh the places we'll go! An ongoing monthly gift of just $40 will support medical transportation for a safe and special Patient Wish experience.
Music Therapy Instruments $700
Your generosity will be music to our patients' ears! Help us expand our music therapy offerings with new instruments by contributing a gift of any size, or make a gift of $60/month or a one-time gift of $700 to cover the cost of one new instrument.
Massage Therapy $300
Your gift of $300 will directly impact the life of an Emmanuel Hospice patient, supporting customized massage therapy care that can reduce pain, stress and fatigue at end of life. One of our most utilized Complementary Therapies, Emmanuel Hospice Massage Therapists provide more than 2,500 visits each year,
