LBAN is a dynamic Silicon Valley-based nonprofit with a big mission to strengthen the U.S. economy by empowering Latino entrepreneurship across the country. We are a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization with a national reach.

Without the rapid creation of new businesses by Latinos in the last five years, the total number of businesses in the country would have suffered a decline. As U.S. Latino businesses continue to grow to the average size of a business in the U.S., it would add $1.1 trillion to the U.S. economy. We believe entrepreneurship is a key driver for economic growth. 

LBAN leverages world-class expertise in management education to support this growing entrepreneurship opportunity.

1. RESEARCH:  LBAN collaborates with Stanford University Graduate School of Business to lead and support groundbreaking research on Latino Entrepreneurship across the U.S. to understand the current landscape.

2. EDUCATION: LBAN provides transformational Business Programs at Stanford for business owners, equipping them with the access, knowledge, and networks to scale their businesses.

3. ECOSYSTEM: Building & empowering a national ecosystem that all entrepreneurs deserve. The foundation of the ecosystem is the thousands of LBAN graduates, in addition to the ecosystem of mentors, capital providers, and corporate partners.
