Child Life Program $50

Child Life staff work closely with pediatric patients to help them cope positively with their illness and hospitalization. They support children’s social and emotional needs by engaging in bedside and playroom activities to preserve childhood within the hospital setting.

KMCWC funds raised for the Hospital Facility Dog Program will be used to support a wide variety of therapeutic benefits for hospital patients.

The time has come to expand cancer and infusion services for women and children statewide. As we embark on this capital expansion, we want to honor the late Martha B. Smith. For more than 30 years, Martha worked passionately to improve health care in Hawaii.

Critical Transport $1,000

Kapiolani provides the only neonatal and pediatric critical care transport program in the state. The program includes doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists who have specialized training in neonatal and pediatric transport medicine.
