My Mind Matters is a day-long seminar that covers mental health wellbeing in different capacities as a part of Mental Health Awareness month.  It is hosted by DeafCare which is a team of community leaders who want to improve awareness about Mental health and Wellbeing in the Deaf community. 

Our mission is to promote understanding,  knowledge, and acceptance of well being and mental health needs, to reduce (eliminate?) stigma about mental health issues and to increase awareness to resources and services related to wellbeing and mental health.
