The Randi-Randi Fund, governed by our very own Latina Entrepreneur Resiliency Fund committee, is a groundbreaking initiative designed to provide non-extractive capital to Latina entrepreneurs. It’s more than just a loan—it's about creating a sustainable, ongoing cycle of support for entrepreneurs who have been excluded from traditional financial systems.
WHAT MAKES THIS FUND SPECIAL?
Randi-Randi, a Kechua phrase meaning "the balance of giving and receiving," truly embodies our vision. As a revolving fund, loans are repaid by the businesses, creating a cycle of capital that future entrepreneurs can access.
