Futuro ConPR:  This initiative guides and inspires our youth to pursue careers essential for Puerto Rico's development. Recently, over 1,300 students and their teachers gathered to hear from leading professionals in fields like technology, renewable energy, and entertainment—industries that are shaping Puerto Rico’s economy and creating pathways to success for the next generation of professionals. 

We are working on developing a long-term program that will allow us to reach more young people and support them in building strong career pathways, and your valuable contribution will be key to making it a reality.

El Comeback: A program dedicated to attracting and retaining talent for Puerto Rico, El Comeback connects professionals with job opportunities on the island, helping Puerto Ricans be back home and with their families. 

Together, we can ensure that these programs expand and empower even more individuals, giving them the tools they need to thrive and lead Puerto Rico into a brighter future.

ConPRmetidos is a non-profit organization tax-exempt under Section 1101.01 (a)(2)(A) of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code (Departamento de Hacienda) and Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Their plan addresses the eradication of child poverty and is registered by the joint commission of the Senate.
