About The BIG Give
The BIG Give Celebration: We invite all of our Bigs who are supporting this year's BIG Give along with their families and Littles to join us at our celebration on Saturday, April 27 at Bluegill Restaurant between 9:30-11:00 am. We'll have brunch, a Bloody Mary bar, airboat rides, live music, kids activities, and much, much more. RSVP here by April 23!
We invite YOU to grow the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters through peer-to-peer fundraising or a personal contribution. This annual fundraiser plays a vital role in carrying out our completely donor-supported mission year-round. This year's goal of $40,000 will result in hundreds of local lives being positively changed for the better, forever. It will help sustain our ongoing mentoring programs, enable us to continue expanded services like our Pathways to Success program, and support our Mike Lapeyrouse Scholarship fund for graduating Littles.
Each year, we invite our BIGGEST champions—YOU, our volunteer Bigs—to help support their match relationships and help make new ones. You can help spread the word about our mission and support our programs by creating a fundraising page and inviting your contacts to make a gift! Don't know how to set up your page? No problem! Click here for detailed instructions to create your page.
As the biggest and best champions of our mission, who better to tell the story of the impact than our Bigs? When you share your story through your fundraising page, YOU can help GROW our mission and ignite the potential of kids in our community who DESERVE another caring adult in their life.
The BIG Give starts TODAY and ends on April 27, where we'll celebrate the success of our efforts at Bluegill! During the campaign, we'll have fun prizes and awards for fundraisers who hit their goals and MORE!

Our Mission
The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Gulf Coast is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. We enlist caring, qualified adult volunteers and match them with high potential children between the ages of 6-12. We believe each child in our community can benefit from another caring and supportive adult mentor who will guide them to success, hold them accountable, and set their lives in a direction they never thought possible.
Our Focus
Our focus is on defending the potential of all youth. We stand firmly against violence, racism, injustice, and inequity. We consistently stand for connection, positivity, and empowerment for the children, families, and communities we serve. We invite you to join us to ignite the potential in our youth!
