The First State Squash Racquet is back! The Racquet serves as our largest annual campaign, and enables us to sustain and grow our school-year and summer youth development programs.

Our staple singles squash competition that features 6 squash teams consisting of 4 amateur players, and 1 First State Squash team member. In 2025, each team will committ to raising $10,000 in support of First State Squash programming.

ABOUT FIRST STATE SQUASH
Founded in 2016, First State Squash is an out-of-school time youth development program serving Wilmington students who attend Title I public or charter schools.
The organization combines academic tutoring and advisory with squash instruction, leadership development, and community service opportunities.
FSS team members join in 5th grade and receive support through college graduation. Currently, FSS partners with 80 Wilmington middle and high school students, most of whom are first-generation college students.
