About the Campaign


In 2002, the US Sled Hockey team led by double amputee, Joe Howard, were extreme underdogs. In dramatic fashion, the team went undefeated.


The “Impossible Dream” is achieved when goalie Manny Guerra stops Norway’s final shot at the Paralympic gold medal game shootout. Against tremendous adversity - including only one prior international victory, infighting injuries, and stiff competition, Team USA captured the gold medal victory.




These athletes work as hard or harder than our Olympic athlete's and it is our duty to recognize and support them to the 2022 Winter Olympics!
