Worker Justice Wisconsin Collective Action Fund has raised $6,706 out of their goal of $10,000
We're taking a stand against injustice in the workplace.
Please join us in the fight!
In a just and moral world, employers would operate in good faith and seek to treat their workers with dignity and respect, but all too often, that just isn’t the case. Low-wage workers are subject to unsafe working conditions, discrimination, wrongful terminations, and a profound amount of wage-theft. All these factors have been made worse by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, and Worker Justice Wisconsin isn’t going to stand for it. Humans should never be reduced to mere pawns while others live as kings.
These injustices are not new. They’re woven into the fabric of society and won’t easily be overcome. Creating a new future for low-wage workers - one that demands fair wages for fair work, safe and humane working conditions, and the ability to advocate for just treatment requires tenacity, courage, and most importantly, collective worker power.
About Our Impact
Worker Justice is the only worker center in the state of Wisconsin where non-unionized workers can go when they experience wage theft, discrimination, sexual harassment, injuries, or other workplace problems.
We're currently on track to more than double our annual caseload due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, and can't wait to expand our impact even further in 2021!
