An all-team, all-participant fundraiser for the 2017 CHIditarod.
The all-team, all-volunteer, all-musher and your friends’ massive fundraiser Bowl-a-thon. We had so much fun doing it that we’re bringing it back again!!
We’ll be returning to Timber Lanes — one of Chicago’s classic independent bowling alleys — up on the north side. We start promptly at 9 pm (when league play ends) and hit it hard until close (3 am).
We’ll have music, a 16-bracket bowl-off, an open bar package, some kickass trophies from the one and only Fireside Bowl, awesome drawings - including 2 Rockstar seats to watch the Blackhawks (Section 102, Row 18), so make sure to get your tickets and buy extras for your friends, and most importantly, an opportunity to rock out and roll down with fellow Chiditarodders collaboratively (indoors, no less). Save your cunning sabotage for race day, leave the cart at home, don your best bowling attire, pick up yer date, polish your balls, and make fundraising easy, fun, and raucous.
Your $45 Wet Dog ticket includes: bowling, shoe rental, photobooth, some food, and a beer, wine, juice, and soda drink package from 9pm-3am. We’re working with an epic Chicago microbrewery to supply tasty some microbrew, too... just to keep you coming back for more.
The event is limited to 200 firm — so there’s not a moment to spare.
The $25 Dry Dog ticket includes: All the perks but no drink package. This is really ONLY for Designated Drivers and those who will not be drinking. Still supportin’ the cause. We love you!
How does fundraising work?
When you purchase tickets you can specify what team (or person) that should get credit for the price of your tickets. The cost of your tickets will then be tallied in their team fundraising totals for 2017. It’s a really simple and accessible way for teams to fundraise — just come to the party! All proceeds benefit our beloved CHIditarod Foundation in support of our ongoing microgrant program ($95,000 granted and counting!) supporting Chicago-area 501c3 organizations who are solving hunger in innovative ways.
