Statement About the Coronavirus

A Message From Classy’s CEO, Scot Chisholm, Regarding Collaborative 2020:

Due to rapidly escalating health concerns related to the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Classy has come to the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Collaborative in Boston, MA. In the spirit of our company value to “adapt and overcome,” we will instead explore hosting a virtual event to preserve as much of the rich content and key takeaways that have made the Collaborative such a powerful conference in the past. 

The best interests of all stakeholders have been woven into every decision we make and our priority has always been the health and safety of attendees, speakers, partners, colleagues and vendors. After closely monitoring the situation, we determined now was the right time to make this decision so that we can focus our efforts on potentially building a compelling and impactful virtual event. 

While there is no replacement for physically gathering with a group of like-minded peers, we are excited at the possibility to offer some of the Collaborative’s tangible takeaways, like fundraising and marketing best practices needed to accelerate your organization’s impact, in a virtual format. 

Classy will be issuing full refunds to everyone who has already purchased their tickets to the Collaborative. No action will need to be taken by you. In the coming weeks, you will also be receiving additional details about the potential new online event, including how to register. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected].
