Tee Times: 

Tee times are available from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm across all three courses. Tee times will be assigned by first come first serve basis. 

Once you register for the tournament (scroll down below), you will receive a confirmation receipt of your purchase that includes a link for you to reserve your tee time.

Format: 

Captain's Choice

Scoring + Awards: 

- Post Flighted Scoring.

- Electronic scorecards are preferred. If electronic scoring is not used all scorecards will be collected on #18 to be eligible. 

- 1st and 2nd on all three courses for each flight

- Awards will be given to the highest fundraising team along with the most pinked out team

- Winners will be announced at ~5:30 pm (may adjust based on final scorecards)

- All winners will be posted at hereforthegirls.org/golf

- If you are not present at the time of the awards you can pickup your awards through the end of April at the H4TG office located at 1309 Jamestown Rd., Suite 204 Williamsburg, VA 23185

Food + Beverages:

All golfers will receive meal vouchers at registration. This includes breakfast along with a post-golf cookout located in the Garden Pavilion. Coolers will be provided at registration for players to fill prior to heading out on the course (limit 2 per foursome). The Virginia Beer Company will be pouring at the Expo and there will be Bloody Mary's for purchase. 

Additional food + beverage vouchers can be purchased in advanced.

$80 per player includes the following:

Super tickets can be purchased by making a $80 donation per player and selecting the 'player super ticket' option at the time of the donation.

The player super ticket must be purchased in advance. Mulligans, raffle tickets, and contest entries will return to regular pricing on the day of the tournament.

LIVE SCORING Mobile App Instructions

1. Go to your app store on your Android or iPhone. Search “USGA Tournament Management”. Download the app (blue icon).
2. When you receive your printed scorecard, open the mobile app on your phone. (Make sure you are logged out and have the main screen asking for your GGID or username)
3. Enter the GGID found on the top right of your printed scorecard. (Do not enter your email or any password)
4. Click on your name.
5. Enter the correct GROSS score for all of the players.
6. After scores are entered for a hole, click “Save Scores”. You will be directed to the next hole.
7. To view the leaderboard, click on “Leaderboard” on the top right.

COVID Safety Precautions 

Ford's Colony + H4TG will be following all government mandated safety precautions in regards to COVID 

Masks are required to be worn if you are unvaccinated when you are inside the pavilion or clubhouse. For the safety of our volunteers and staff, we are asking that attendees wear their masks when approaching outside tables such as registration, volunteer check-in, sponsor hospitality, etc.  Masks are not required while playing golf, eating, or drinking.  

When possible, please maintain 6' social distancing at all times.  If there is a rain delay, all players & volunteers must go to their cars to wait. When play is ready to be resumed, Ford's Colony staff will ride through the parking lot to let everyone know play has resumed.
