THE ALS ONE 2025 TCS New York City Marathon Team

RUNNING FOR ALS RESEARCH & CARE

WE'RE PROUD AND HONORED TO BE AN OFFICIAL CHARITY PARTNER OF

THE 2025 TCS New York City Marathon! Raising funds for ALS research & care and

running on November 2, 2025!

Please note: Unless a runner has their own bib, all of our runners need to apply and be accepted onto our team before clicking "REGISTER TO RUN", which creates your fundraising page.  To apply to be an official member of our 2025 TCS New York City Marathon team, please click HERE.

Our 2025 TCS New York City Marathon Team will be raising much-needed funds to help further the important work of our world-leading partnership of doctors, researchers and care providers who have united to expedite critical research towards a cure for ALS while simultaneously improving the care and quality of life for so many individuals who are currently living with the disease.

Your donation, large or small, will help to advance promising studies through the clinical trial pipeline which we hope will lead to viable treatments for the currently incurable and terrifying disease.  A significant portion of your funds are also used to provide essential equipment and care resources to individuals living with ALS now - items such as lifts, ramps, and wheelchairs, among others, which are often not covered by insurance and are so deperately needed to help those with ALS live their best life while navigating the cruel complexities of the disease.

ALS is a progressive, neurodegenerative disease that, although thought upon as "rare", impacts people at an alarming rate:

Every 90 minutes, someone gets diagnosed with the disease and in that same timeframe, someone else loses their battle to the disease - typically within just two and a half to five years after diagnosis.  ALS is a disease that is roughly 90% sporadic, meaning anyone can get it, and 10% genetic, meaning that it was passed down from someone in the family by a mutated gene.

There has never been a time in history where there has been more hope on the ALS horizon and with your support, that beam of light will only get brighter.

ALS ONE is a non-profit 501c3 organization (EIN# 47-4984263), and your donation is fully tax-deductibe.

Your support will have a tremendous impact and we are profoundly grateful.
