The Pacific Clinics Spring Celebration will raise critical funds for Bay Area programs supporting children and families in crisis.  Each year we help over 8,000 children, adults and families in Santa Clara County who are struggling with mental and behavioral health issues, food and housing insecurity, and untreated trauma.

Funds raised at this event will support:

  • Neuro-developmental Services for children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodiverse challenges, and their parents.
  • The Hope Drop-In Center for older teens and young adults including peer support groups, mental health services, shower and laundry facilities, food, housing assistance, and academic and work opportunities.
  • Family Resource Centers for families needing integrated mental, behavioral, social, and educational services and resources in multiple languages at a no cost drop-in clinic.
  • Professional Parent Program for intensive high-needs foster youth who have never experienced a stable home.
  • The We Care Fund for essential support including food, blankets, clothing, rental assistance, diapers, and school and hygiene supplies.
  • Crisis intervention services for children at risk of harming themselves or others.
  • Celebrating Families! for families overcoming drug and alcohol addiction.

Meet Our Event Auctioneer

"Where there’s a will, there’s a way." Juliette Vara lives by that motto – and she started early!

As a child Juliette loved being ‘in the know.’ Juliette’s pursuit of insider knowledge led her to Boston University, where she earned a master’s degree in broadcast journalism. Juliette established herself as a premiere television reporter, winning three Emmy Awards in top markets including San Diego. For 13 years she was on the breaking news and entertainment beat covering massive wildfires and high-profile crime cases one week then interviewing A-list celebrities for a red carpet premiere the next.

While in San Diego she also discovered the immense fulfillment of working with non-profit organizations. For eight years she volunteered and served as a board member for a San Diego nonprofit helping make dreams come true for children with cancer.

In 2014, she set her sights on Nashville to pursue a childhood ambition of working among her favorite country music entertainers. She was quickly named the Pre-Show Host for the most legendary country music venue in the world — The Grand Ole Opry — where she has entertained nightly crowds of 4,400 fans.

A life-changing ‘aha’ moment materialized in 2019 when she was introduced to the world of professional benefit auctioneering. Juliette attended the Kentucky Auction Academy with the goal of combining her passions for storytelling and hyping crowds with her charitable heart. She joined the Stellar Fundraising Auctions team (www.stellarsf.com) in 2021 and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association.
