ABOUT THE ZARROW MENTAL HEALTH SYMPOSIUM

For 31 years, the Zarrow Mental Health Symposium has been one of the premier gatherings for mental health professionals in the United States. The Symposium is designed to bring emerging knowledge and best practices to Oklahoma professionals, regional practitioners, and national participants. By bringing together leading experts in the field, innovative science, and the opportunity to begin or continue their education, the Symposium attracts an annual convening of 800 diverse attendees, each representing a unique professional, academic, or personal interest in the content of the conference. Previous themes include relevant topics such as Challenging Injustice and Discrimination, Healing from Historical Trauma, New Horizons in Brain Science, and LIFE STAGES: Mental Health Across a Lifetime. This annual event is the largest extension of Mental Health Association Oklahoma’s academic programming.
