Camp Bloom is Deaf Counseling, Advocacy, and Referral Agency (DCARA)’s newest camp geared for our next generation of Deaf* children aged 2 to 11 years old in Northern California. Our goal is to build a bridge for Deaf* to meet the thriving Deaf* Community in Northern California through a weekend family camp.

DCARA seeks to enrich the connection between our young Deaf* generation, their families and the community right from the first hello and long after. Along with Deaf* Camp Bloom counselors, there will be fun activities such as arts/craft, rock wall climbing, and hiking (easy) at The Taylor Family Foundation’s Camp Arroyo in Livermore, CA.
