Cooking with Caroline
A live virtual cooking class
100% of proceeds benefit Kinship Center
Caroline Chambers shares her step-by-step instructions on how to make one-skillet lasagna, plus the insanely easy, absolutely delicious pot de crème from her cookbook, Just Married. The lasagna will be “choose your adventure”—participants can choose ANY ground meat, use either no-boil or zucchini for noodles, and cottage cheese or ricotta for the cheese layer.
Vegetarian? Choose mushrooms + zucchini + ricotta, and create the “the best lasagna ever,” declared by one of her students. Vegan? Try vegan cashew ricotta! Want to get creative? Mix meats! Half beef, half sausage, anything goes…choose your own delicious adventure! Yum.
For dessert we’ll be whipping up her Blender Pot de Crème: a Huge crowd-pleaser. Blend up chocolate, a bit of coffee (decaf okay), eggs, pour into cups, refrigerate. Easiest pot de crème ever!
100% of proceeds will go to Kinship Center, benefiting children in foster care on the Central Coast.
After registering, you will receive an email with your grocery list and Zoom link.
For those unable to attend on 7/9, the class will be recorded and a link will be sent to registered guests.
