About the Event
Join us for the Gathering of Light Reception at the Northwest African American Museum. This FREE event will help promote awareness of Zia Larson's Ray of Light Foundation with a community conversation around mental health issues. The reception will feature light bites and a panel discussion on removing stigma, the need for education and research, and the importance of funding from community, institutions, and government sources.
Zia Larson's Ray of Light Foundation is committed to confronting mental illness and illuminating the pathway to mental health recovery.

The Museum is located in the heart of Seattle’s Central District, just 2.3 miles or 10 minutes by car, from downtown. Free parking is available in the parking lot, directly outside the museum. Please note any construction detours when navigating.
