LG4 Day (June 2nd) is now an official day commemorated by Major League Baseball to honor Lou Gehrig, #4 on the Yankees, for whom the disease was named in 1939.  Join us for our 1st Annual LG4 DAY 4K VIRTUAL WALK, RUN & ROLL! You may take part virtually any time between May 1st and the 4th of July (the date of Lou's farewell speech at Yankee Stadium).  All participants will receive a commemorative medal and can koozie your $35 registration will help "strike our ALS" for Lou and all others impacted by the disease.

All individuals living with ALS have a lot to live for.  Your support means the world to us. 

How did LG4 Day come to be?

A lot of perseverance! Getting LG4 Day to be recognized as an MLB annual event was the culmination of many ALS organizations coming together to support that effort and ALS ONE was a proud supporter and advocate.  

How are we celebrating? ALS ONE's headquarters are located in the Boston area and our Red Sox will be playing an away game in 2021 so we will at Fenway on June 8th when the Sox face Houston.  We're also celebrating with our 1st annual 4K (2.5 miles)  Join us and help mark this very special occasion!
