Come to an F45 Class in Dedham, MA and Rally for Runway and Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Everyone is automatically registered as a fundraiser of Runway, and so while your ticket is free, we hope that you tell your network about our mission and our work supporting those impacted by breast cancer.
If you don't want to fundraise on behalf of Runway, a suggested donation of $35 for your spot in class can be contirbuted.
All Procceds go to our Family Grant & Model Wellness Programs
The Runway to Recovery is shorter when we walk together.

FreeEach F45 workout is a unique program that incorporates cardio, resistance-based strength training, or a hybrid of both, all geared toward everyday life. There is a suggested donation of $35 !
