The Capital Area YMCA Y5K brings families, communities, organizations and Businesses together in a fun race that encourages everyone to strive for and reach a personal fitness goal.

This signature event raises funds that help us fulfill our mission to keep programs and services available to all, regardless of income.

Celebration Pumpkin Run - Saturday, October 5, 2024 will be at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ)

Check-In starts at 8:30am - 8:45am. Race begins at 9:00am.

The impact from your sponsorship will enable the Capital Area YMCA to continue delivering programs and services that support our community every day.
