Join us for an informative afternoon of continuing legal education including segments that meet professional responsibility requirements.

Our keynote CLE presenter, Dr. Alex Keyssar, the Matthew W. Stirling Jr. Professor of History and Social Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School Malcom Wiener Center for Social Policy will present on: “Why Do We Still Have the Electoral College?” - a talk focused on how reform has been thwarted by the existence of the electoral college and the politics of race and region. This will highlight both the history of the electoral college and the legal structures underpinning it, as well as explore potential legal challenges to changing the electoral college.
