The Frog Jog is an Annual 5K Run/Walk benefiting LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a FREE 12 week program for cancer survivors and their families in regaining Their physical, emotional and spiritual strength.  LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is an important piece of the Y’s mission to promote healthy living for those who have or have had a chronic disease like cancer. Now in its 14th year, the Frog Jog has become a great community-building event. Runners, families, school groups, businesses, and local restaurants join together to raise dollars for the causes they care about. We hope you will consider joining us on May 20th!

This year, the Family Fun Run 1K will take place at 9am with the 5K Walk/Run taking place immediately after at 9:15am. This is to give parents the opportunity to participate in both events if they would like to.

There will also be a 2 mile walk to take place at the Bridgewater Falls Shopping Center.  This walk will take place on May 19 beginning at 8AM.

Family Fun Run 1K: $10/person, $30/Family Pack (up to 4 participants)

5K Walk/Run - $30 Early Registration before May 7th (Increases to $35 after May 7th)

Bridgewater Falls (May 19@8AM) - $15
