RAMP's 27th Annual Changing Attitudes Breaking Barriers Luncheon

A lunch that is both entertaining and educational! Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how we build opportunities for individuals with disabilities to reach their fullest potential through services and advocacy and how you can help!

This year’s luncheon will feature a keynote address from UW Madison Project SEARCH Graduate, Spencer Thoni and Classroom Instructor, Jennifer Smith from UW & VA Hospitals in Madison, WI. You will also hear from our local partners who have made it possible to bring this amazing program to Northern Illinois.

About Project SEARCH

Project SEARCH is a one-year internship program for students with disabilities that equips them with transferable skills so they can become competitively employed in our community.
We are excited to partner with Mercyhealth, Belvidere School District #100, and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to work with thirteen students from area high schools to experience complete immersion in the workplace. Individualized skills training and job development throughout the year will make these students your next best employees!

For tickets, sponsorship opportunities or more information about the luncheon, contact RAMP, 815-968-7467 or email Tammy English, tenglish@rampcil.org
