We would like to extend an invitation for youth ages 14 and up to participate in our one-of-a-kind Summer Apprenticeship Program. This is a unique opportunity for students desiring to learn more about vocation fields relating to children with special needs. These fields may include Special Education, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Low-Vision Therapy, Nursing, Event Planning, and Non-profit Philanthropy.

Students will work with our children under the guidance of our Special Education Teachers and Certified Staff.  No previous experience is required. Students will receive training prior to beginning service. (June 6th at 1:30pm or June 7th at 10:30am)

Students are required to serve one day a week, Monday-Thursday, for five weeks during the hours of 8:15am-2:30pm. The Summer Apprenticeship Program lasts from June 13th– July 20th 2017. Friday volunteers will have the opportunity to help with our Staff Kids Inclusion Program (SKIP).
