What is Warrior Angels?

Warrior Angels Foundation (WAF) is founded and run by combat Veterans. WAF doesn't raise awareness, they offer solutions. In a relatively short time, WAF has gone from 0 to 1, creating something where there was nothing. WAF provides a personalized treatment protocol, which pinpoints - and, more importantly, treats - the underlying condition for U.S. Military Service Members and Veterans who have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) while in the line of duty.

What separates WAF from other organizations?

WAF's system allows us to treat Veterans anywhere taking personalized medicine to a level never before realized, separating WAF from the 40,000 plus other military/veteran support organizations.

Does the VA offer this treatment?

Currently, the VA does not offer this treatment, nor will they pay for it. WAF will continue to use disruptive technology and tactics to improve quality of life for Veterans with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and Post Traumatic Stress (PTS), while working to secure our endorsed evaluation and treatment process within the Department of Defense and the Veterans Administration — or until new technology dematerializes, demonetizes, and democratizes the current health care system.

To Free the Medically Oppressed #UntilThereAreNone

Over the past five years, over 300,000 military service members were diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Every day, an average of 22 Veterans commit suicide, many of whom sustained a TBI while in the line of duty. Our goal is to win the war against Traumatic Brain Injuries - to free the medically oppressed until there are none.

Your contribution will help fund treatment for the brave men and women who so selflessly served our great country. Together, we can significantly impact the lives of Veterans and Service Members battling a Traumatic Brain Injury, and allow them to live life again.

Why does Warrior Angels need to raise money?

Donations raised for WAF go to treat Veterans suffering the effects of Brain Injuries sustained from service.

How many Veterans can WAF treat?

For Service Members past and present, we pay for treatment for 1 year.  Just like the severity of each head injury varies, so does the annual cost per Veteran.  On average $5,000 covers treatment for 1 Veteran for 1 year. The VA currently spends over $13k per soldier per year on TBI according to the goverments own reporting from a 2012 Congression Budget Office report.

How many Veterans have you actually helped?

Since our founding in January of 2015, we have treated over 120 Veterans and Service Members.  It's time to 10x our effectiveness, wipe out our waiting list, stop raising awareness and start solving the problem!  Go to our website www.waftbi.org and see the real results from our Veteran testamonials.

What percentage of WAF's donations for the 2016 #UntilThereAreNone campaign actually go to Veterans?

In 2015, 84% of all money raised went to treat Veterans and Active Service Members. We are a lean organization with 2 Co-Founders and 5 Employees.  We don't waste money.
