Welcome to my fundraising page!

I have to admit that I really, really want to climb the Space Needle stairs. I've done several stair climbs in the hot and dusty stairs of the Met Square building in St. Louis. My photo is from one of the Met Square events.

The Space Needle stairs are open air and you can see the city from them. Sign me up! (Wait, I did just sign up.)

While I expect to have an amazing time climbing those 832 steps, I will also be supporting a great cause. Funds raised by this event support the Fred Hutch organization. This organization funds research for all types of cancer. As a cancer survivor, this goal is near and dear to my heart. I'm one of the lucky people whose cancer was found early while it was still easy to treat. I'm doing fantasic now, well enough to climb the Space Needle!

If you can't make a donation at this point, help me reach my goal by sharing this page on Facebook and Twitter.

Or, even better, send an email to friends you think might be interested in contributing and include a link to my page.

Thanks so much for your generosity!
