The Healing of the Heart retreat truly saved my life after losing our sweet 15 month old daughter, Madeline Nicole, in February of 2016 to a serious heart condition.  I had no clue how to navigate life without her.  More than anything I needed people in my life that understood this same pain.  

I discovered an amazing support system at the Healing of the Heart Retreat.  It was unlike anything I could have ever imagined.  As angel moms, we entered as strangers and instantly developed such an amazing bond as we shared the stories and love of our children.  This retreat changed my life; I found a way to love myself and my family again.  

I know that the amazing love we share with our daughter, Madeline, lives on in so many ways.  Her love has inspired me to help other grieving families.  This retreat house means so much to me and it is greatly needed to support bereaved families.
