WHAT WILL THE MONEY RAISED AT THIS YEAR'S EVENT SUPPORT?
This coming year, Calling All Crows continues its hands-on service and activism focused on empowering women around the world. CAC works to create social change that eliminates violence against women, advocates for human rights, increases access to education, and advances opportunities for all women. The NH5K supports CAC's efforts to raise awareness, provide opportunities to take action, and create a community of music fans bringing change to women around the world through multiple campaigns
Specifically, this event will support Calling All Crows' multi-year campaign to raise awareness about refugees, Forced to Flee. Throughout the world, women and girls face gender-based discrimination that puts them at increased risk of poverty, violence, ill health and a poor education. In times of crisis, women are disproportionately affected. Calling All Crows strives to raise awareness about this injustice, and provide opportunities for musicians and fans to take action, get involved, and together, work for gender equity. We aim to empower fans to become more engaged in these movements, specifically for this tour by partnering with local resettlement organziations on service opportunities throughout the year and continuing to educate ourselves and the public about this issue.

Are you a musician? Do you and/or your band want to open for Chadwick Stokes?! This is your chance! Create a fundraising team with your act's name, recruit bandmates and friends to participate in the NH5K with you, and then encourage your fans, family and friends to donate to support your team. ABOUT CALLING ALL CROWS
Calling All Crows partners with musicians and fans to create change through hands-on service and activism with a specific focus on women's rights. Through musicians and music-centered events, we inspire fans to respond to issues affecting women by raising awareness, taking action, and collectively supporting social justice. Our pre-show service projects, Alternative Break Tours, and concert outreach activities create a community of empowered and engaged music fans working for the common good. Join us as we work for a future when the success of live music is measured not only by ticket sales, but by the impact of fans and musicians mobilizing together to make a difference in the world.
This year we've traveled the states with Forced to Flee, gone on tour with Chad through Austria and Hungary, held it down at Bonnaroo, fought hunger in the US with DISPATCH, and sipped cider during our Summer Music Series. Along the way we've engaged over 5,000 fans to take action for women's rights and gender equality through service, advocacy, and music. Your support makes all this possible. Thank you!
