My name is Taylor Dinehart, born and raised in Seattle, and am currently a sophomore at the University of Washington, as well as a member of Phi Mu. I am running for Miss Greek to support Cancer for College, because I am passionate about their mission in providing the guidance to give the best future possible to the ones that deserve it the most. 

I have worked with kids for the past three years as a soccer coach. Being around the unbreakable spirits of these children have inspired me to put my best foot forward to make sure that they get the chance to follow their dreams persevere through any challenges that they may face. 

This is how I ended up in Phi Mu, since our philanthropy is Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, which helps raise money for the needs of Seattle Children’s. Being a part of such a selfless organization has made me incredibly humble to help make such an impact in the cancer community. It has driven me to do anything that I can to support foundations like Cancer for College, giving cancer survivors around the country the opportunity to pursue their passions and create their own impact.
