Position Description:

We are looking for a passionate, high-performing salesperson with experience selling technology products and/or services. The ideal candidate has a history of exceeding sales quota, loves the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing a pipeline of business as a result of outbound prospecting and high activity metrics.

Classy's Mid Market Sales team is seeking an experienced Account Executive to work with Mid Market customers.  This segment includes the country's fastest growing nonprofits and the biggest market opportunity for Classy.org.  

You will drive the sales process in a performance-based environment and partner with prospective customers to identify how nonprofits can get the most out of our fundraising platform.  You are energized by startup life, the hunt, and developing your career.  


What You’ll Do:

  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for dynamic, high-performing, and hard working individuals to join our expanding inside sales team. Sales Development Reps are the front line of the sales process and spend their days cold calling into nonprofit organizations. SDR’s are measured by their seamless handoffs of qualified leads to our Account Executive team. Success in this role is obtained by hitting and exceeding monthly goals, consistently staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling pressure in stride, all in a team-focused environment. The ultimate goal in the Sales Development Role is to graduate into a full cycle sales role as an Account Executive.

Sr. Payroll Consultant

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Classy is looking for a short term contract Payroll Consultant to own and manage all things payroll for Classy. The ideal candidate will be able to advise on best practice for payroll processes, and the knowledge to measure success.

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE

  • Lead execution of bi-weekly payroll processing for Classy in an accurate and timely matter, including all associated general ledger reporting
  • Review payroll prior to submission to payroll provider to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Review, document, and advise on best practice for payroll processes including but not limited to: transfers, terminations, status changes, EAFs, timecards, manual adjustments
  • Ensure proper coding of employees and investigate discrepancies between the General Ledger and Payroll Register and resolve in a timely manner
  • Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll, audit time cards periodically
  • Work with the payroll company to ensure accurate tax reporting, SUI and Workers Comp rates
  • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, W-2c, etc)
  • Respond to Team Member concerns in less than 24 hours during business week
  • Work closely with Human Resources & Controller to cross train on payroll and benefits reporting as it relates to payroll
  • Manage administration of all retirement plans, including the 401k submission for bi-weekly payroll
  • Work with Sales Ops Team to Process commissions payouts on a monthly basis.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field
  • Five+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of federal and multiple state payroll laws and regulations
  • You must possess basic accounting skills.
  • Demonstrable skills in Excel
  • Experience with TriNet and NETTime Solutions a plus
  • CPP Designation is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a drive for quality, consistency, and excellence

Classy is looking for a full-time, in-house UI/UX Designer to create elegant web experiences in conjunction with our marketing, sales, and design teams. They will collaborate with marketing strategists to execute well-designed web campaigns from concept to developer hand-off.   • Design web experiences to fulfill campaign goals and champion the Classy brand. Projects could include campaign microsites, lead generating landing pages, and maintenance of classy.org and other marketing properties.
  • Conduct usability research and testing, help to implement and measure success criteria based on marketing goals, and communicate results to the marketing and design teams.
  • Create site maps, storyboards, and wireframes to bring simplicity and user friendliness to marketing web experiences.
  • Collaborate with visual designers to bridge web experiences and promotional efforts, optimizing a person’s journey from start to finish.
  • Revisit high traffic designs, work with marketing SEO/webmaster to conduct A/B tests, and communicate results to the rest of the team
  • Prioritize and project manage your own workload while meeting critical milestones and communicating progress to proper stakeholders.
  • Build great relationships with design, development, marketing, and other teams through open, collaborative communication and a commitment to shared goals.
  • Assist visual designers and developers to bring projects to the finish line. This could include supporting dev efforts and helping to create static images, content and animations when needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years design experience, previous startup experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Sketch. Google Analytics a plus
  • Portfolio that demonstrates results-driven design skills in web/interface design, workflow, and prototyping
  • In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS, ability to deliver code-ready designs to a development team
  • Ability to conduct research, usability testing, and iteration implementing modern principles of data-driven design
  • Exceptional design skills that fully consider fact-based usability research and an established design system
  • Self-motivated independence and a drive for quality, consistency, and design excellence
