We are looking for a passionate, high-performing salesperson with experience selling technology products and/or services. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Skillfully deliver web based presentations, leveraging strong product knowledge and inside sales best practices.

Position Description

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and cultivating our existing client base to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with Classy and our platform. The ideal candidate will have a non-profit fundraising background with a proven track record in exceeding customer expectations through customer success management, account management, or consulting experience.

Your Day to Day:

  • Increase retention of clients year over year
  • Build relationships with multiple contacts with each organization you work with to drive adoption and retention, primarily through regular and proactive contact

Position Description

We are on a search for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate who is eager to develop into a digital marketing ninja. As the developing expert on the digital marketing team, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing Classy’s digital marketing efforts and contribute to supporting the future growth of the company’s digital marketing revenue requirements. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Your main goal? Identify scalable opportunities, deliver top of the funnel traffic and optimize against yield. You will often be required to communicate our progress through data, charts/analysis and oral presentations. This critical role will help with the execution and implementation of our digital strategy and will be responsible for overseeing and reporting on specific digital marketing campaigns from end-to-end including paid social and retargeting campaigns.

Your Day-to-Day

We're a fast-paced, agile and rapidly growing start-up. In other words, you will wear a lot of hats and need to remain flexible. Still interested? Great, then you’ll want to know the things you’ll likely be responsible for include:

  • Support in the day-to-day digital planning and execution of paid campaigns across web, social, search, display and email marketing
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead acquisition through paid initiatives.

  • Identify new paid traffic strategies while optimizing existing ones

  • Build and manage digital metrics and ROI measurements: create dashboard, report on results, and regularly provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations
  • Create, curate and distribute both content created for general marketing needs as well as any digital specific content
  • Monitor industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

What You Must Bring to the Table

The Digital Marketing Associate ideally has a strong digital background to draw from and help bring a focused digital marketing expertise to the marketing team. Specific skills and qualifications may include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or 2-4 years of marketing experience with campaign management background
  • Experience with one or more of the following: social media advertising, SEO/SEM, display advertising, retargeting, mobile marketing
  • Strong content marketing background with a solid understanding of leveraging digital channels to serve as content distribution channels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, Google Analytics preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
  • Hubspot and Salesforce experience a plus

Who we are looking for:

The Director of Sales will manage our inside sales team managers and will be accountable for the performance of approximately 80-90 inside sales professionals and 8-9 sales managers. The candidate should be a data driven and analytical sales leader with a proven track record of managing an inside sales teams in a SaaS environment. He/she must be driven on meeting revenue, operational and strategic goals as well as the professional growth, development and success of their team members. The Director will spend the majority of time working with both managers and salespeople to coach, counsel, and mentor them in all aspects of sales and sales management effectiveness. They will also provide timely and practical feedback to Senior Leadership for new and interesting go to market strategies.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the sales execution strategies and tactics focused on quota attainment by the inside sales teams. This includes best practices in prospecting, managing and closing opportunities, and the skills related to presenting and positioning Classy as an industry leader.
  • Experience successfully managing managers with a minimum team size of 10 Sales Development Reps (SDRs), and 10 Account Executives operating in an inside sales environment.
  • Working with the senior leaders across the organization to identify strategies and tactics as well as developing a strategic business plan to successfully achieve the targeted sales objectives.
  • Coaching and driving the sales team on a daily basis to achieve stated goals and quotas. This will be accomplished by measuring and monitoring prospecting and account activity, close rates, time-to-close data and pipeline and stage management.
  • Master the the ability to demonstrate the software and best practices that enable our customers to easily see how the software can work in their unique environment.
  • Drive accountability through performance management and commitment to sales coaching and development of every team member.
  • “Leading from the front”:  player-coach by consistently demonstrating, coaching and reinforcing the value proposition and consultative sales process; must be able to lead through motivation and positive reinforcement of desired behaviors while leveraging key metrics and coaching observations.
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly sales projections.
  • Ensure quality of customer acquisition efforts through quality checks, observations and customer interactions.
  • Attract, recruit, onboard and retain top sales talent in a proactive manner to ensure full staffing.
  • Collaborate with peer groups and leadership to share best practices as well as problem solve and implement solutions that will drive team performance.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • 7 to 10 years of B2B SaaS software technology sales management experience in SMB and Mid-Market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Description

Classy is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to automate and expand Classy's AWS datacenter operations. The ideal candidate has practical experience with and exposure to security best practices to achieve PCI DSS Level 1 certification. You will develop tools to manage and automate the security of Classy's production deployment. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AWS production and staging VPCs
  • Manage our runtime AMIs built on Ubuntu LTS, Nginx, PHP, Node.js
  • Manage our databases running on MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Manage and improve deployments across multiple development teams
  • Work with our security engineers to achieve and maintain PCI compliance
  • Service attack surface minimization/hardening
  • Implement security patch management automation
  • Implement monitoring to ensure reliability and performance meets or exceeds business goals
  • Work closely with engineers to assist in the reproduction and resolution of defects

Requirements (what it will take for you to get in the door)

  • 5+ years experience in a DevOps role
  • 2+ years experience working with AWS

Position Description

We're looking for a frontend engineer to drive the front-end architecture and implementation of Progress, a platform that provides non-profits and social enterprises with rich data profiles to connect with grant-making foundations and other benefactors (eg, the Classy Awards!). You will work closely with our designer to iterate on UX/UI, with our backend engineers to implement our product vision, and with our data scientist to understand our unique dataset and use data insights to inform user experience and product direction. The Senior Salesforce Engineer has the primary responsibility for developing a series of packages built on Force.com that integrates the Classy platform and its data with Salesforce.  This position will participate in software and interface projects, in addition to defining requirements for developing interfaces in a well-architected software development environment.  The successful candidate will also be expected to have a strong background in the full suite of Force.com technologies, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve integration problems, effectively communicate issues and resolutions, and use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts of computer design.

Position Description

We’re looking for an experienced technical Product Manager who will help build an indispensable product that empowers nonprofits to accomplish their remarkable missions all-over the globe.
