Position Description:

We are looking for a passionate, high-performing salesperson with experience selling technology products and/or services. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Skillfully deliver web based presentations, leveraging strong product knowledge and inside sales best practices.
  • Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives and navigate through multiple decision makers to create compelling events and secure all approvals.
  • Strategically attack a regional territory to close new business, working with all support staff and providing direction to our outbound prospecting team.
  • Consistently kill your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience (selling over the phone/web) in a closing role required.

Position Description

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and cultivating our existing client base to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with Classy and our platform.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large book of business including, but not limited to, proactive engagement, relationship building, and a track record of strong retention rates.  Experience in a SaaS or similar environment is preferred.  

Your Day to Day:

  • Increase retention of clients YoY, by achieving or exceeding your renewal quota goal
  • Navigate and identify all key decision makers within each nonprofit client to drive adoption and retention, primarily through regular and proactive contact
  • Continually work towards a better understanding of client needs and how Classy can provide greater value to the organization
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to assess common issues, track product needs and fit, and develop meaningful, professional client-facing content to retain clients
  • Overcome objections with clients regarding platform features
  • Act as an online fundraising subject matter expert for our nonprofit partners

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass your individual quota goal for retention and onboarding of clients
  • Identify at-risk clients, product and client training gaps, and escalate potential risks or challenges in order to retain client business
  • Build strong relationships with nonprofit partners by understanding their organization and helping them reach and exceed fundraising goals through the use of the Classy platform
  • Provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction to ensure our clients continue to use the platform year over year

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of experience and success in account management working a large book of business, with 100+ clients
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota retention rates year over year

Position description:

We want you to help us establish Classy as THE thought leader in social impact and fundraising. Help us leverage our data to make new discoveries about how to best support awesome organizations achieve their goals to do good.

We’re looking for a data science intern (3-6 months) who is a self-starter and has experience driving their own data science project. Be comfortable with:

  • Using a common scripting language (e.g. Python, R) to access data sources (database, csv, json APIs, web scraping)
  • Cleaning and cross-referencing data
  • Using appropriate statistical / machine-learning methods to analyze the data
  • Publishing insights (visualizations and text, internal presentations & blogging)

You will be guided at each step of the way by a talented team of developers, analysts, and data scientists, but you'll also need a strong, independent work ethic to complete meaningful projects during the internship. Potential projects include:

  • What factors predict whether a fundraising campaign is successful?
  • How do we identify our top fundraising users as early as possible?
  • How much does social impact matter for fundraising?
  • Can we automatically score how good a user’s text and images are for fundraising?
  • Much, much more!

You will have chances to learn new skills, give and receive feedback on projects, work with our unique in-house dataset, and discover new insights in how Classy can best support organizations to do good in the world.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D program
  • Work experience in programming, data science, machine learning (preferably all three).
  • Completion of one or more self-led data science projects (the more diverse the data sources, the better!)

The Head of Sales for the Mid-Market segment will manage our Inside Sales Managers and will be accountable for the performance of approximately 60 - 70 inside sales professionals and 7 - 8 Sales Managers. The candidate should be a data driven and analytical sales leader with a proven track record of managing an inside sales teams in a SaaS environment. S/he will be driven by meeting revenue, operational and strategic goals, as well as the professional growth, development and success of their team members. The Head of Sales will spend the majority of time working with both managers and salespeople to coach, counsel, and mentor them in all aspects of sales and sales management effectiveness. They will also provide timely and practical feedback to Senior Leadership for new and interesting go to market strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the sales execution strategies and tactics focused on quota attainment by the inside sales teams. This includes best practices in prospecting, managing and closing opportunities, and the skills related to presenting and positioning Classy as an industry leader.
  • Successfully managing managers with a general team size of 9 Account Executives operating in an inside sales environment.

Classy is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to automate and expand Classy's AWS datacenter operations. We're looking for a frontend engineer to drive the front-end architecture and implementation of Progress, a platform that provides non-profits and social enterprises with rich data profiles to connect with grant-making foundations and other benefactors (eg, the Classy Awards!). Position Description:

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product management experience

Position Description

We are looking for a software QA Automation Engineer who has a solid foundation with manual and automated testing as well as a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. You care deeply about things working the way they should and are passionate about scaling your efforts through automation. You also believe in helping others do good in the world!

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 4+ years experience testing websites
